Roma owner adds cocktail lounge

image002The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce  joined in a ribbon cutting earlier in the year for a cocktail lounge at a popular Dover restaurant.

 Joseph S. Garramone Jr, who heads   Roma, teamed up with long time industry professional and girlfriend Kristin to open Sul Tempo Cocktail Lounge at the restaurant

Sul Tempo focuses on  boutique cocktails, small plates and craft beers.

Roma  Italian Ristorante. was opened in 1973 by Giuseppe Garramone.  Initially opening as a casual pizzeria, Roma evolved  into a higher end restaurant.

Son, Joseph S. Garramone Jr. began working under his father in the kitchen at the  age of 10.  He worked  his way up and took  over the company in 2000.
