Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP, Wimington, announced that three attorneys were sworn-in to the Delaware bar on Wednesday, March 2.

- Henry D. Alderfer joins the Commercial Law Counseling group as an associate. Henry earned his J.D. (2015) from William & Mary Law School; and B.S. (2012) in business from Indiana University – Bloomington.
- Taylor B. Bartholomew joins the Delaware Corporate Counseling group as an associate. Taylor earned his J.D. (2015) from Duke University School of Law; and B.A. (2012) magna cum laude in history from Stony Brook University.
- Brian P. Egan is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation group. Brian earned his J.D. (2004) cum laude from American University Washington College of Law; and B.E. (2001) in chemical engineering from Vanderbilt University. He joined Morris Nichols in September 2015 as special counsel and was previously admitted to the New York bar.
