For only the fifth time in its 76-year history, the role of Managing Director is changing hands at Cover+Rossiter, Wilmington.
The Directors of Cover & Rossiter recently announced Marie Holliday is the new Managing Director of the CPA and advisory firm.
Geoff Langdon, the immediate past Managing Director of Cover & Rossiter, will continue to serve clients as a director.
He celebrated his 30th year at the firm in January and has served as Managing Director for more than 20 years.
Under Langdon’s leadership, Cover & Rossiter has more than doubled in size
“The previous Managing Directors of Cover & Rossiter have all been active in the community,” said Holliday “I am proud to represent Cover & Rossiter as the new Managing Director. Our future is bright and I look forward to serving our clients and the community.”
Holliday joined Cover & Rossiter in 1997 and was named a Director in 2005.
Holliday is a graduate of both St. Mark’s High School and the University of Delaware. Holliday and her husband are the parents of two adult daughters and a son at St. Elizabeth’s High School.
The family resides in Newark.
Her affiliations include both current and former board positions with Newark Morning Rotary, Newark Day Nursery & Childcare Center, New Directions Early Head Start, Friends of the Emily P. Bissell Hospital, Middletown Area Chamber of Commerce and many professional organizations.
