Emory Hill Real Estate Services is the lead investor in the recent acquisition of Glasgow Medical Center adjacent to the Peoples Plaza shopping complex off Route 40 in Glasgow.
Emory Hill is also handling the brokerage and property management of the medical office building.
The sales price and the identity of the seller was not released.
The center is located south of I-95 and has parking and access to nearby shopping, restaurants and entertainment including Regal Cinemas.
The tenant roster is comprised of an Ambulatory Surgery Center, a Medical Aid Unit, laboratory facilities, various specialty medical practices and administrative support functions.
The building is served by six main entries with handicap access and three elevators. David R. Morrison, principal at NAI Emory Hill, is responsible for leasing activities.
Several move-in ready medical office suites ranging from 1,475 to 6,800 square feet are available in the 109,000 SF building located on 11.7 acres at 2600 Glasgow Avenue just south of Routes 40 and 896.
