Morris Nichols boosts first-year associates’ pay from $145,000 to $160,000 a year

Morris nicholsMorris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP  announced that the firm’s starting salary for first-year associates will increase from $145,000 to $160,000, effective January 1, 2016.

“We are proud to be a consistent market leader here in Delaware,” said hiring partner Megan Ward Cascio. “This is an investment in our future.  We have a great team of talented attorneys, and we believe that increasing salaries will allow us to continue to attract and retain the very best attorneys.”

The firm added eight new Associates in 2015.

 Morris Nichols combines a  national practice of corporate, intellectual property, business reorganization and restructuring, commercial law and litigation with a general business, tax, estate planning and real estate practice within the state of Delaware.  The firm is  often  involved as lead counsel or co-counsel in matters of national and international significance, as well as those affecting its immediate community
