The Lofts at Clifford Brown Walk, an affordable housing development in downtown Wilmington is now accepting lease applications. The finishing touches are being done on the $19 million construction project that’s slated to open in January 2016.

Developers were able to renovate the former document storage warehouse located at 1320 Clifford Brown Walk, transforming it into 80-unit Lofts. There you’ll find one and two bedroom loft apartments complete with high-end finishes such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood style flooring. Project leaders have also said that there are units with high ceilings, exposed brick and duct work.
