Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc. (HHA) announced that CEVA Logistics to the Twin Spans Business Park in New Castle.
CEVA Logistics, an international company, is currently leasing 125,000 square feet of warehouse, office and distribution space at 800 Ships Landing Way in the Twins Spans Business Park (TSBP), New Castle.

At the Twin Spans site, CEVA will dedicate its entire space at 800 Ships Landing Way to meeting and fulfilling logistical and supply chain requirements for a multi-national conglomerate serving agricultural, industrial and consumer markets. The name of the company was not disclosed.

TSBP features 1.85 million square feet of Class A commercial warehouse space spread across 135 acres along the Delaware River.
More space became available in the complex after the departure of Five Below. The re- tailer moved to a new and larger site across the Delaware River in southern New Jersey.
Twin Spans further offers immediate access to I-95, I-295, I-495 and the Delaware Memorial Bridge.
