Delaware saw more good news as a state panel recommended a modest $10.5 million financial package for JPMorgan Chase in return for an expected 1,800 jobs.
Meanwhile in Newark, fast-growing tech company SevOne confirmed it will operate its headquarters in Boston, but will continue to add jobs in Delaware as it moves into a new innovation center at the University of Delaware STAR Campus.
