LandingBuccini/Pollin Group, Inc. (BPG),  announced the sale of the final condominium at Justison Landing.

A total of 126 families now call Justison Landing Condominiums home.

“I’m excited about what is happening at the Riverfront and the rapid absorption of residential units in the past few years has been a major enabler,” said Boris Kaplan, vice president of development at BPG. “We sold over $15 million worth of new Riverfront homes in this last phase at Justison Landing.  We would love to have another 100 riverfront condominiums that we could market because demand for these units is only growing.”

Other recent development highlights along the riverfront include the addition of a mini golf course, the introduction last winter of a seasonal ice rink, the opening of Goju Training Center, the launch of Drop Squad Kitchen and the arrival of a  2,500 sq. ft. Starbucks.

With an average of 6,000 employees working on the riverfront daily, the need for permanent luxury housing is expected to increase, a BPG release stated.

BPG is addressing that demand in part with the recent grand opening of The Harlan Flats luxury apartments.  The next phase of Riverfront residential development is slated to break ground in 2016 on parcels between Harlan Flats and Penn Cinema Riverfront & IMAX.

If recent sales trends continue, the remaining half dozen condominiums at the nearby River Tower will be sold out by the end of the year.

The  River Tower condominiums offer one bedroom and two bedroom homes starting in the $150,000s.
