The Emory Hill Companies leased 12,000 square feet in one of its newest investment properties at 3000 Lincoln Drive a 65,000 square foot multi-tenant building in Marlton, NJ.
The tenant, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, will relocate its Burlington County, NJ Medical Clinic to this location.
Emory Hill Construction will perform the renovations. Meanwhile the Property Management and Maintenance divisions will continue to manage the facility and tenant space.”
This is a great example of all of our departments working together to meet a client’s commercial real estate needs,” said Emory Hill Property Management Director Clayton Hill. The building is situated on about five acres located in the Greentree North Corporate Center off Rt. 73 in Marlton, the largest municipality in Burlington County.
Other tenants in the building include Lockheed Martin and Test America. NAI Mertz and Aptcor Commercial secured the tenant and worked closely with Emory Hill to close the transaction. Seven thousand square feet remain available for lease in the property.
