Vita Nova, the University of Delaware’s student-operated gourmet restaurant located on the second floor of the Trabant University Center, opened last week.
At Vita Nova, students offer a lunch buffet Monday through Friday, beginning at 11:30 a.m., and four-course dining Wednesday through Friday, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
A new option is the Bistro, also located on the second floor of Trabant, offers a three-course theatre menu for guests going to performances on campus, as well as a tapas-style small plate menu and beverage selection. The Bistro is open Wednesdays through Fridays, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Vita Nova, underwent a major renovation project that was completed in the fall.
Reservations are required for Vita Nova and tables can fill up quickly. You can reserve a time on the OpenTable site.
