Rehoboth Art League and The Gallery Espresso have leased space of the Vineyards at Nassau Valley in Lewes.
The Rehoboth Art League leased 6,387 square feet for a satellite campus. Its main campus is in Henlopen Acres, Rehoboth. Construction of their space will begin soon and occupancy is expected in mid-spring, 2015. The Art League has been growing and needs extra space for its classes and other programs.
The Gallery Espresso, a coffee and dessert café, is leasing 5,973 square feet of space to accommodate the move from its former location in Rehoboth Beach to the Vineyards. The restaurant is expected to open by the end of this year.
NAI Emory Hill’s Ann Bailey represented the landlord, Vineyards 3E Holdings LLC in both transaction. Bill Lucks of Sperry Van Ness represented the Rehoboth Art League. Office and retail space remains available at the Vineyards, a mixed-use development on 82 acres located off Route 9 and Coastal Highway in Lewes.
