W. L. Gore & Associates’, workplace culture has earned the company continued recognition as a top workplace, including the No. 4 spot on the 2014 list of the World’s Best Multinational Workplaces. Gore is headquartered in Newark. 

Compiled by the Great Place to Work Institute, the ranking is the world’s largest annual study of workplace excellence and identifies the 25 best multinational companies in terms of workplace culture.

Of that number, 429 appeared on national Best Workplaces Lists. From that pool of companies, the 25 World’s Best Multinational Workplaces were selected.

Founded in 1958 and headquartered in Newark, Del., Gore has annual sales of more than $3 billion and employs more than 10,000 associates worlwide.
