Warlock-w-swords-logo2The  Smyrna Town Council has approved rezoning that would allow a start-up brewer to locate in the Smyrna Business Park.

Warlock Brewing had originally been denied zoning because council members said they did not have enough information, the Delaware State News reported.

Warlock is headed by Ron Price, a long-time home brewer in the Smyrna area.

The Delaware State News reported Warlock Brewing hopes to open at the site this fall.

Warlock did note on its Facebook page that it still needs a conditional use permit for the site. However, with zoning in place, approval  is “probable (fingers crossed),” the post noted.
