McCormick & Co. Inc.’s search for a new site for its headquarters just widened to the entire mid-Atlantic – Maryland, Delaware, southern Pennsylvania and Northern Virginia, well beyond the scope of options earlier outlined by CEO Alan D. Wilson, the Baltimore Business Journal has reported.
The spice company is considering sites of between 300,000 and 350,000 square feet across all these regions, the report said, citing real estate documents it obtained.
The spice giant has been looking for a new headquarters and the Philadelphia area has been mentioned from time to time. However, Virginia and Delaware are new to the list.
