An investigation into a bomb threat closed a key artery in Newark for an hour an a half.
At 5:23pm an individual called in a bomb threat at an unspecified Porter Auto Group location on East Cleveland Avenue.
Four Porter Auto Group buildings were evacuated and K-9 teams from the State Police and University of Delaware went through the buildings in a search for explosives. Nothing was found. Cleveland Avenue was closed in both directions from Capitol Trail to Paper Mill Road.
