SVN-Miller gets listing for BASF plant in Seaford

BASFJohn McClellan, Henry Hanna, and Tom Knopp of Sperry Van Ness – Miller Commercial Real Estate were retained by BASF to list its site in Seaford, Del. BASF has more than 350 production sites worldwide, including a site in Newport, Del. SVN-Miller has Delaware offices on Lewes and Wilmington and headquarters in Salisbury, Md.

The property includes 54,000 square feet of warehouse/ industrial space on 19.63 acres. The site is located within the Seaford Industrial Park. It includes a private two-line rail spur. The BASF Polymer plant ceased production in December 2013. SVN-Miller has also been hired by Sanofi, to sell its Merial Select Plant in Berlin, Md
