Wilmington-based accounting firms, Albero, Kupferman & Associates LLC, and Nagy & Associates, announced the merger of the two companies.
The new company which will keep the name, Albero, Kupferman & Associates, LLC, It will employ 20 full-time professionals, offering a range of accounting and auditing services, wealth management, financial planning and business consulting.
The firm’s office will remain in Wilmington at Albero’s office 1701 Shallcross Avenue in the Trolley Square section of the city.
