The website Air Fare Watchdog gave Frontier Airlines its top overall rating earlier this month.
Frontier was at or near the top in nearly every category, ranging from baggage handling to on-time performance. Air Fare Watchdog monitors fares and sends out e-mail alerts on fare sales. The figures are based on airline performance data compiled by the U.S. government.
Frontier flies from New Castle Airport to Chicago, Tampa, Orlando and later this month Fort Meyers. The airline launched service in July.
The airline plans to add flights to Detroit and Atlanta next spring.
