Valpak has signed a franchise agreement with husband and wife team, Charlie and Gina Timmons, to bring Valpak’s services to businesses and residents in Kent and Sussex Counties.
Valpak operated in the southern Delaware market, but has been dormant since the 1990s. The pair’s first mailer to residents throughout the middle and upper Kent County communities of Camden, Dover and Smyrna. In 2014, the owners will add Kent County and Sussex County.

A first-time franchisee, Charlie Timmons joined Valpak with more than 35 years of experience in sales and advertising. “With Charlie’s substantial sales and advertising experience, he is a valuable addition to the Valpak team and will help us bring Valpak’s suite of services to Kent and Sussex counties,” said Todd Leiser, director of franchise sales at Valpak. “Both Charlie and Gina are passionate about their local community, and we are confident that this will translate not only into their success, but the success of all of the local businesses they serve.”
Valpak mails over 20 billion coupons to more than 40 million demographically-targeted households per month in more than 100 markets in 45 states and four Canadian provinces.
