Maryland Atty. Gen. Douglas Gansler talks about a picture of him at a party where teens may have been drinking.
Gansler is running for governor and the photo led to Gansler to talk about stopping by the party in Bethany Beach as he faces criticism over not reporting the party. He said that he was not taking photos of the affair, but was checking his phone.
