Delaware State Police press release
Wilmington-Troopers are investigating the robbery of the PNC Bank that occurred this morning on Kirkwood Highway, west of Elsmere, DE.
The incident occurred at approximately 10:00 a.m. as a male suspect entered the PNC Bank located at 2203 Kirkwood Highway. The suspect approached the teller and presented a demand note for money. The teller complied and turned over an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect fled the bank on foot. There were no injuries as a result of this incident.
