The airline serves more than 120 destinations worldwide and is averaging 30 percent growth per year. The carrier  recently added Chicago to its system.

No date for flying into Philadelphia was announced. The airline did confirm on its Twitter page that the new Boeing 777 Dreamliner aircraft would fly into the airport.

The new aircraft is slated to return to the skies, after being grounded for battery problems.

Flights operate from a hub in Doha, capital of Qatar.
