The firm of Joseph Frederick and Sons, Wilmington, has received the 2013 President’s Award from Carrier for its quality, leadership and excellence in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry. This marks the fourth time — and the third year in a row — that Joseph Frederick & Sons has received the award, one of Carrier’s highest honors for its dealers.
Only 154 Carrier dealers throughout the country were selected to receive this award. The President’s Award is given to Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers who demonstrate technical expertise while also serving as leaders in promoting the Carrier brand and raising the standard for equipment sales. The award also recognizes Joseph Frederick & Sons’ commitment to service excellence and exceptional customer care.
