One person is dead and four others wounded after a shoot out at Wilmington’s Eden park Sunday afternoon.
Police say the incident started when shots were fired in the park while attending an adult soccer game. Three people were wounded when the first shots rang out.
The shooting started just after 2:30pm. Captain Nancy Dietz, Wilmington Police, said a 16 year old male from Pike Creek was shot in the head, a 47 year old man from New Castle was shot in the chest, and a 34 year old man from Baltimore was shot in the shoulder.
