The family of Helen Yang, who was killed in a hit and run collision on April 25th, is offering a $10,000 reward for material information leading to the arrest and conviction of the driver involved in the incident.
Newark Police believe the vehicle may have been a black 1998-2002 4-door Honda Accord with right side damage including the right side mirror.
