Northwestern Mutual, the Milwaukee-based insurer that has used the tagline “The Quiet Company” returned to Delaware with a less quiet ribbon cutting ceremony.
The company had closed an office in Hockessin a number of years ago Clients were served by agents out of nearby offices.
