It is a great honor for DuPont to be recognized by NAFE as one of the top 50 companies for women,” said Ellen Kullman, DuPont CEO.

U.S. companies in the running for the designation were judged in the areas of company profile, workforce profile, women’s issues and advancement, and company culture. They were compared by such factors as the percentage of female senior managers, the percentage of female corporate executives and the percentage of female leaders of billion-dollar divisions. NAFE also was interested in programs or incentives to promoting the advancement of women.

I’m proud to be working for a company that values women’s leadership and helps enable women to have successful careers by offering opportunities for flex time, job-sharing, advancement and more,” said Colleen Pritchett, global business director, DuPont Kalrez  and Vespel,  who attended the ceremony.
