Based on the menu at the Newark location, Del Pez offers Latin cuisine, including seafood as well as more standard fare like hamburgers.

Del Pez is part of Hakuna Hospitality, a  group of Latino  restaurants  that also operates a taqueria at the nearby Riverfront Market.

Hakuna also operates a Santa on Pennsylvania Avenue, near Wilmington’s Little Italy neighborhood. Its space is slated to be demolished, with a new complex to house  a mixed-use apartment and retail project.
