Henry Hanna, and Wesley Cox, both senior Advisors with SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate, Salisbury brokered the sale of the former Fratelli’s Italian restaurant location across from Salisbury University.
The property has been a long-standing restaurant location and was the home to Mulligan’s Sports Bar & Grill prior to Fratelli’s.
The owners of Fratelli’s hired the Hanna Team to represent them in leasing or selling their former location once they moved to their current location on Snow Hill Road. The Hanna Team successfully sold the property for $980,000.
