The Colliers International’s Delaware office team of Rick Kingery and Lisa Bariglio was selected by Capano Management to handle the leasing of Brandywine East & West, a 112,974 square-foot, Class A, office complex at 1521 & 1523 Concord Pike in north Wilmington.
The property, owned and developed by Capano Management, is near Interstate 95 and the retail office, restaurant area on Concord Pike.
The current tenant base includes legal, financial, and service firms, with the property management team on-site.
