More than 100 business, government and community leaders participated in the Principal for a Day program sponsored by the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce.

The Delaware Principal for a Day program has facilitated 1,283 school visits. Businesspeople have visited Delaware schools for many and varied reasons, but ultimately the goal is to strengthen the connection from school to college and career readiness, according to the State Chamber.

Ten members of EDiS Company’s management team  participated in the October program. That is believed to be the most participants by one company. EDiS is a building contractor based in Wilmington.
