Logan Herring has been working as a mentor in Wilmington since the age of 14. Now as the leader of the Kingswood Community Center in Wilmington’s Riverside section, he’s heading up a $100 million effort to revitalize the neighborhood and help the next generation find success. Logan was named one of Delaware’s top 40 under 40 by the Delaware Business Times 40 in 2018 and was featured in the WHYY-TV special “Rebound from Murder Town” in 2019. Logan will talk about his experience mentoring kids and what it takes for that guidance to be effective.
