Wilmington University plans to add two buildings to its Brandywine campus off Concord Pike in north Wilmington.
The private non-profit university plans to use $45 million in bonds to pay for new convocation and law school buildings at its campus off Concord Pike near the Delaware-Pennsylvania line.
Proceeds from the bonds would be used finance and to reimburse the university for the costs of acquisition, construction, furnishing, and equipping of an approximately 84,000 square foot, two-story Convocation Center and an approximately 51,000 square foot, three-story Law School building.
