Shure-Line Construction, Inc., an industrial contractor and fabricator based in Kenton is under new ownership.

The new owners are current employees Brad Rowlands, President; Jim Berg; Rich Brauer; Tom Dosio; and Mike Smith.

“The new owners look forward to continuing and improving upon the safety and quality standards that have contributed to the success of our customers over the past 32 years,” a release stated. “They also look to continue to develop customer relationships which have been key to the company’s successes. The new owners thank previous owners Jeff Stoneberger, Gary Everett, and Ron Pryor for their significant efforts, contributions, and dedication and look forward to continuing their legacy of quality workmanship and safe work practices.”

Shure-Line Construction, Inc. was founded in 1991 and operates in the mid-Atlantic region. Services include capital projects and maintenance work for industrial facilities in design, mechanical construction, structural steel, pipe, and skid fabrication.

ShureLine Electrical, based in Smyrna, operates under separate ownership.
