More than 530 Delaware-based nonprofits raised over $2.37 million during Do More 24 Delaware 2023.
The 24-hour around-the-clock fundraiser took place on March 2nd and 3rd.
This year, donations came from all 50 states, including over 15,000 donations from Delawareans alone. Many participating nonprofits were able to meet or exceed their fundraising goals, which wil the nonprofits to make an even more significant impact in Delaware communities, according to the program’s website.
OperaDelaware topped the list of larger nonprofits with donations of more than. $100,000. Among smaller nonprofits, Barbara K. Brooks Transition House received nearly $75,000 in donations from Do More 24
