The annual MILLSUMMIT will return, Aug. 2-4 with an in-person format on two of its three days.

The event for young professionals will be virtual on Aug. 2, with the in-person portion on the 3rd and 4th at the Queen in downtown Wilmington.

“We value the virtual community we’ve been able to reach over the last two years,” says Executive Director of Spur Impact Charlie Vincent, “We want to offer our loyal local attendees the in-person experience we’ve all been missing, while still engaging our community that spans across the U.S.”

Just as in years past, MILLSUMMIT 2022 gives young professionals an opportunity to attend a variety of sessions related to their professional and personal life, listen to keynote speakers, and network with hundreds of other young professionals. This year’s theme is ‘What it’s like to be a [top performing] young professional’ and will offer topics such as leadership development, salary negotiation, how art can be therapeutic, goal setting, and personal finance.
