Nickle Electrical Companies relocated its New Castle County headquarters to 125 Ruthar Drive, outside Newark. The organization has doubled the size of its headquarters to accommodate the growth of the business and expand its Virtual Design Construction and Fabrication departments.
Nickle had been based at its previous headquarters near Ruthar Drive since 1994.
The company’s new location opened at the beginning of June and will continue to serve customers in the same service area. Nickle continues to run southern operations out of its Georgetown, DE location.
We’re experiencing a significant amount of growth within the industry. Our business is thriving, and it was time to move so we could accommodate that growth, said Vice President of Operations Jeremy Newton. “Not only can we house more office staff, but we’re especially seeing evolution in virtual design and fabrication, so we felt it was important to expand that space significantly. We’re excited and grateful for the opportunity to flourish within the new space.”
Nickle Electrical Companies was founded in 1986 by the late Paul Allen Nickle as Paul A. Nickle, Inc. Electrical Contractors. Current owners Steve and Debbie Dignan acquired the company in 1991 and in 2008 the name was changed to Nickle Electrical Companies.
The organization’s 190 employees work throughout the entire state of Delaware, New Jersey, southeastern Pennsylvania, and the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia. With locations in Newark and Georgetown, Delaware the company performs commercial, industrial, residential, and service electrical work.
