The rate of positive cases to total tests has remained around 3%  in recent days, after a sharp drop that began in January. The Delaware Division of Public Health reported no new deaths.

In the early part of January, hospitalizations rose to more than 750, putting added stress on the state’s hospitals. It led to a temporary mask mandate for indoor public spaces.
