Trinity Logistics acquires Arizona truck shipment broker

Seaford-based Trinity Logistics, the freight brokerage division of Burris Logistics,  acquired Team Eagle Logistic, Scottsdale, AZ.

It gives Trinity a  seventh regional service center and expands the company’s footprint in the West and West Coast.

Team Eagle Logistics was founded in 2014 by Michael Gentile and Bill Grieder, Since its inception, Team Eagle has grown to revenues of $53 million annually. By joining the Trinity Logistics family, they will continue to offer relationship-based service and expand freight and technology offerings to their customers and carriers as Trinity’s Scottsdale RSC.   

Trinity Logistics has been in the freight brokerage business for more than 40 years and, as of 2019, became part of the Burris Logistics family of companies.

Milford-based Burris offers trucking and cold storage warehousing services. Burris is one of Delaware’s largest privately held companies.
