An office building at One Cedar Avenue, Seaford, has been sold.
The free-standing office building is located at the corner of Cedar Ave and High Street in Downtown Seaford. The property was sold to a local developer who currently has the building listed for lease and is considering a multifamily redevelopment project. John McClelland from SVN | Miller represented the seller.
Terms were not announced.
The building, formerly home to a medical practitioner, had been sitting vacant and on the market for an extended period.
