Citing Covid-19 numbers, Pete du Pont Freedom Foundation postpones annual dinner honor MBNA

The Pete du Pont Freedom Foundation has  postponed its 2021 Freedom Award, honoring MBNA, due to the rising number of  Covid-19 cases.

The event was scheduled to take place on September 16 at the Hotel Du Pont. The Foundation will continue to monitor Covid announcements from the CDC and local officials. There are no government restrictions on events.

A new date will be announced, with the likelihood of a night in Spring 20220.
