Good afternoon,
The opening of a portable drive-in theater topped the lists of July posts on the Delaware Business Now website.
A follow-up on the portable theater that uses shipping containers ranked No. 11th.
A distant second was a post on the recent run-up in gas prices, with a piece on Sussex County seeing an elevated level of Covid-19 cases.
All three Delaware counties ended up in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention “orange” zone as case levels rose to the number seen a year ago as the Delta variant made its presence felt.
Ranking fourth was a post on Delaware being one of the safer states when it came to the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. Cases have recently been climbing rapidly.
Rounding out the top 25 was a post on Tesla CEO coming to Wilmington to testify in a Chancery Court case over whether the outspoken CEO had undue influence over the sale of Solar City. The troubled solar cell maker was folded into Tesla. Musk has a stake in both companies.
