Advisor George Merritt of NAI Coastal, Salisbury, MD,  recently brokered the sale of a multi-property investment portfolio located on High Street in downtown Seaford.

The buyer and seller were  not disclosed.

The portfolio consisted of three mixed-use commercial buildings totaling  14,150 square feet – 304 High Street, 312 High Street; and 401 High Street.

“Sussex County is in the midst of widespread growth and development, making it the perfect place for commercial real estate investors to direct their attention,” said Merritt. “It was my pleasure to work with the seller to secure quick contracts followed by prompt settlements. All three buildings were contracted within a month of listing, underwent smooth due diligence periods, and settled without major delay.”

The High Street properties are home to several notable tenants including Bon Appetit, Hard to Handle Sandwich Shop, Harmony Touch, The Wild Fern, and Your Sister’s Closet. Second-story residential apartment units supplement the portfolio’s ground-level store-frontage.
