Good afternoon,

The election of former Vice President Joe Biden to the highest office in the land and the coronavirus pandemic dominated the list of stories this month at Delaware Business Now.

The month saw a sharp acceleration in the number of Covid-19 cases, with hospitalizations moving past 200 late in the month.

The stories  with the most visits turned out to photos of the food court scene at the Christiana Mall food court on Black Friday, a few days after Gov. John Carney had reduced indoor restaurant capacity from 60 percent to 30 percent as the state sees a spike in Covid-19 cases.

State officials moved quickly and capped capacity at food courts to 100 while noting that the sprawling food court might have met the 30 percent threshold.
