Wilmington remains in the national spotlight as the virtual Democratic National Convention moves into day three with speeches by Joe Biden’s vice-presidential running-mate Kamala Harris and former president Barack Obama.
Obama will give his speech from Philadelphia.
Biden will give his acceptance speech from the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington on Thursday.
