The Delaware Division of Small Business is making resources available to small businesses as they move into Phase 1 of Delaware’s Economic Recovery on June 1.
Along with the Delaware Emergency Management Agency, DSB has assembled approximately 5,000 one-time personal protective (PPE) “starter kits” to support small businesses with the necessary safety equipment they need initially to reopen. The kits include hand sanitizer, face coverings, and surface cleaner.

Kits are available from:

- Chambers of Commerce
- Main Street organizations
- Delaware Office of Supplier Diversity
Signs include:
- Face covering required
- Do not enter if sick
- Maximum occupancy
- Preventing spread of COVID-19
- Social distancing required
- Walk-ins not permitted
- Wash your hands
- Proper mask wearing
