Wilmington-based Bancroft Construction Company has opened an office in Salisbury. Located in the Northwood Professional Center. Bancroft’s new office is located in between downtown Salisbury and Sussex County, allowing the  Salisbury team to service both areas.

The office will be led by project executive Rob Jadick and Project Manager Eric Butler, who both bring extensive experience working in the local market. With the addition of Cheryl Fearn who brings 20 years of Bancroft experience to her new role as Administrative Manager, the team will work together to successfully execute Bancroft’s mission to continue to provide construction management services within the region. Bancroft’s current network of clients in the region includes Maryland Department of General Services, Sussex Montessori School, Worcester County, Harvey Hanna & Associates, and Salisbury University.

One of the goals with the establishment of an office is to show Bancroft’s commitment to the workforce in the area.

As we’re going through the process to recruit talent in the area, people want to know we are here for the long-term and they have a future with Bancroft Construction, said Jadick. I’m excited for this opportunity to continue to grow our team here in the Salisbury region.
In addition to Salisbury and Wilmington,  Bancroft has an office in Princeton, NJ.
