NAI Coastal’s Principal Chris Davis recently represented a local investor in its purchase of a $7.6 million-dollar investment portfolio.

The Maryland and Delaware properties were a part of NAI Coastal’s confidential listing database and fulfilled the purchaser’s 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange needs.

Properties were: 401 Purdy Street (Easton), 105 Park Avenue (Seaford), 1336 Belmont Avenue (Salisbury) and 2257 Northwood Drive (Salisbury) were purchased by Cool Branch Associates, an LLC operated by investor Brian E. McKinley.

“I’ve worked with Chris and the NAI Coastal team in the past and had full confidence in their ability to advise me through my tax-deferred exchange,” said McKinley. “Their access to the shore’s top investment opportunities, both on and off-market, proved to be a huge resource. All of the properties purchased were sourced from their portfolio and proved to be quality, sound investments.”

Davis collaborated with Tom Knopp of SVN Miller Commercial Real Estate who also represented the purchaser.

NAI Coastal is a full-service commercial brokerage headquartered in Salisbury with a branch office in Easton.
