Dover Air Force Base’s jet fleet  may not be as graceful as fighter jets flying in formation.

Still,  the airbase plans an impressive salute of its own for  Delaware’s  frontline health care workers on Wednesday afternoon.

Massive C-17 Globemaster  cargo jets will salute workers along a route running from Seaford to Christiana Hospital.

Last week, the Air Force Thunderbirds and the Navy’s Blue Angels saluted health care workers in northern Delaware as part of a flyby that included New York City and Philadelphia.
